• Product knowledge expert for one or more of the following: Fiction, Comics, Non-Fiction categories, Kids and Toys.
• Familiar with store inventory and trends in those areas.
• Responsible for sharing key knowledge of hot/specialty items with General Associates and all 2nd & Charles staff. 
• Oversees day-to-day look and feel of areas
• Assists Media Manager with area markdowns
• Leads and assists General Associates in shelving/organizing/merchandising area products.
• Assists Lead Buyer in identifying items for Social Media postings
• Creates features as assigned by Media Manager or GM.

• Buying/Merchandising Experience
• 18 years of age or older.
• Positive background check
• Strong Customer Service skills.
• Demonstrated and continued adherence to all Second & Charles Policies and Procedures, including the Code of Conduct and Customer Service Policy.
• Demonstrated ability to act in a mature and conscientious manner.
• Completion of required training.
