Account Principal Engineer for 360 Facility Computerized Maintenance Management System and Clients CMMS.
Manages CMMS, Work Request portal and handheld device systems for all account locations.
Leads the CMMS account wide System Administration team implementing best practices, data remediation processes, and system compliance.
Develops metrics to monitor system performance, which identifies quality and process improvement opportunities to meet business needs.
Responsible for account and site SOP development and adherence and Business Process documentation reviews.
Supports account and site CMMS users in the configuration and utilization of 360 Facility and handheld devices.
Manages the Account level CMMS system data base, script maintenance and specialized cGMP interfaces with established Client Regulated CMMS.
Leads the planning and process improvement activities at the Account, Regional and Site functional level.
Works with the 360 Facility programmers to implement system updates, changes to data field nomenclature and special requests from the field.
Designs, writes and implements all CMMS reports as needed to support the First Line Supervisors, Site Directors and Regional Managers.
Develops common naming regimen and abbreviations for infrastructure equipment and systems.
Sets up asset lists in and coordinate annual reviews for accuracy
Provide support to the operating staff for monthly/quarterly updates and changes to preventive maintenance tasks and scheduled events as needed.
Provides technical support and technical training to the operating staff for preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, assets, MRO inventory, vendor database, incident tracking and custom reports.
Develops a process, in conjunction with the Sourcing Manager for the account, to keep the vendor database updated.
Provides direction to input critical preventative maintenance information within the computerized maintenance program with the Engineering Director, Planning Engineer, and the Chief Engineers Account wide.
Develops tools to connect cGMP validated MRO systems inventory to 360Facility for SLA reporting.
Establishes 360Facility User Group at each site to facilitate standardization of tasks, reports, nomenclature, Planning/Scheduling and Good Maintenance Practices.
Provides Engineering and technical IS support to the RBM program and maintenance optimization.
Requirements
10 years experience working in a CMMS IS/systems engineer capacity – Minimum of 3 years’ experience with MAXIMO
Experience in Facilities Management analytics, report writing and interpretation of maintenance data
Demonstrated strong problem solver with technical research skills
Ability to manage heavy work load
Solid experience working with CMMS software
