Lab Assistant Trainee

Position Summary:
This position supports the Clinical Sample processing for the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine. Staff members learn how accession patient samples in the Sunquest LIS system, unpack client samples, process Stat patient samples, run the FE500, send out test to other reference labs, and make calls to outside clients.
Education:
High School diploma required
Experience:
Computer/Keyboard experience is preferred.
