Duties:  Responsibilities include the provision of patient centered primary care in the outpatient setting. Our practice emphasizes evidence-based medicine, primary and secondary preventive medicine, the use of a computerized medical record system, and continuous quality improvement processes based on individualized data review. The provider will work with an integrated multi-disciplinary team that includes a RN, LPN, medical support assistant, clinical pharmacist, medical social worker, and an integrated behavioral health provider.   

Experience in Women's Health-Primary Care Medicine is preferred. 

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Moderate Carrying (15-44 lbs); Light carrying (under 15 lbs); Straight Pulling (4 hours); Pulling hand over hand (4 hours); Pushing (4 hours), Reaching above shoulder; Use of fingers; Both hands required; Walking (4 hours); Standing (4 hours); Kneeling (4 hours); Repeated bending (4 hours); Climbing, leg only (1 hour); Climbing use of legs and arms; Far vision correctable in one eye to 20/20 and 20/40 in the other; both eyes required; depth perception; ability to distinguish basic colors; hearing (aid permitted).

  • Qualifications & Evaluations
    • Basic Requirements:  
      • Must be proficient in written and spoken English.
      • Degree of doctor of medicine or an equivalent degree resulting from a course of education in medicine or osteopathic medicine.
      • Current, full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or in the District of Columbia.

      Preferred Experience:      Experience in Women's Health-Primary Care Medicine, Board Certification in Internal Medicine
