The Clinical Manager works under the leadership and direction of the Program Manager ensuring the delivery of quality clinical services to clients and their families by providing clinical guidance and supervision to program employees.

The Clinical Manager typically has responsibility for:

A minimum of 4 direct reports

Up to 120 clients

Multiple disciplines

Meeting specific utilization targets

The Clinical Manager will provide oversight for the clinical content of treatment plans and provide direct clinical supervision to assigned employees.  This position will work closely with our Strategy and Quality team in reviewing audit report to ensure documentation is accurate and will consistently communicate with funders in efforts to maintain positive relationships.  The Clinical Manager will keep up to date with effective treatment intervention, will provide on-call coverage for crisis and may provide some direct service and support to families as required.

Master's degree required in Social Work, Mental Health or related field.  Candidates must hold license related to degree (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCAT, Licensed PHD Psychologist).  Five years of experience required, including Supervisory/Management experience.

Valid NY State Driver's License required.  Candidates must meet agency driving and insurance standards.
