- Operate credit card and gift card personalization equipment
- Operate automated inserting equipment to prepare credit/gift cards for mailing to the guest
- Perform quality audits to ensure excellent production quality
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on the personalization and inserting equipment
- Package and ship gift cards in accordance with fulfillment orders
- Ensure credit/gift cards are secured to prevent theft
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to work in a high volume environment using card personalization and mail inserter equipment
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs
