The Soft Services Manager directly oversees multiple service disciplines across a high-tech facility operations. This position is directly responsible for contract management of custodial, landscaping and pest-control. The Soft Service Manager is responsible for managing these operations in a productive, efficient, best practices, regulatory compliant and cost effective manner. Management of MAC services and MAC services personnel, POC/Liaison between JLL, JLL site manager, client planner, administrators, and customers.
