Ambulatory RN II - Endocrinology

Position Summary:

Provides advanced professional nursing care to patients in varying states of health and illness through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the patient's health needs. The Ambulatory RN II provides direct care to patients and families, as well as teaching and preparation for continuing care. Organizational Standards of Patient Care and Nursing Practice guide the delivery of nursing services by this individual. The position demonstrates dedication to professional growth and development and to the continuous improvement of patient care.

Education:

Licensed RN in the State of Vermont.

Experience:

Minimum of two years of as an Registered Nurse, pediatric experience preferred, diabetes education experience is a must, outpatient experience preferred, especially related to diabetes education.
