GENERAL SUMMARY
Performs a wide variety of clinical and concrete duties to provide assessments/reassessments, interventions and planning to promote efficient continuity of care. Understands the lifecycle changes related to health care with ages spanning from newborn to elderly.
Ability to read and communicate in the English language. High school graduate or equivalent. CPR required. Education required: Masters in social work, counseling, human service field. Experience in behavioral health required. Preferred experience two years post masters with LPC/LCSW license or license eligible. Working knowledge of DSM IV and ASCAM. BLS Certification Required.
