Responsible for performance improvement, monitoring progress and developments within the product lines, planning initiatives and assisting with the preparation of strategic and tactical recommendations. Is responsible for performing and analyzing administrative, organizational and functional issues. Develops and recommends processes, procedures and implements changes. The Coordinator will plan, assign and direct work to appropriate staff.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Hospital Administration, Public Health or Public Administration or similar discipline required. Education Preferred A Master's Degree in Hospital Administration, Public Health or Public Administration is highly desirable. Must have a minimum of five (5) years experience in an increasingly responsible managerial- administrative capacity involving budgetary, fiscal and personnel-administrative duties, including written reports and recommendations, preferably for a hospital or health organization.
