Responsible for the overall operations, growth and development of Case Management Services within Kennedy. Plans, implements and coordinates patient care activities in Case Management through collaborative practice with the Nursing Management Team, professional staff, associates and physicians. Provides leadership for the service and is responsible for equipment and resources. Acts as a liaison related to policy and procedure development and ensures regulatory requirements are met. Assists with the recruitment of specialty physicians and manages contracts related to services
Ability to read and communicate in the English language. Five-seven years previous nursing management experience in related field required. BSN or related bachelor's required; MSN or MBA preferred. Ability to conduct analysis and resolutions related to problems incurred. Possesses good team building skills.
