The Manufacturing Department has an opening for a Account Sales Coordinator. These positions are located in Boise, Idaho.

Position Purpose:
The Account Sales Coordinator supports the Supply Chain and Manufacturing sales team by helping to deliver world class service and quality to both internal and external customers. This individual must demonstrate strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills and must possess a strong customer service orientation. The Sales Coordinator is expected to assist/coordinate ongoing critical activities such as customer and product set-up, price and promotion maintenance, internal report generation and KPI tracking.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide superior customer service attitude and support facilitating the resolution of issues as the first line of contact for inquiries.
- Assist in the development and preparation of sales presentations and business reviews, as well as, other special reports as required.
- Coordinate sales projects including pricing, product and package development, new item/vendor set-up, merchandising strategies, and other time critical activities.
- Assist in pulling and organizing consumer/market/competitive data collection utilizing Nielsen and various data sources.
- Help manage the relationship between the Divisions, Own Brands and Manufacturing/Supply Chain team.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to achieve established goals and monitor their performance.
- Coordinate all sample requests for sales presentations and trade shows.
- Access and prepare sales and budget comparison reports in collaboration with finance.
- Become familiar with internal and external systems and data sources to provide data and analysis to the team.
- Review and distribute department correspondence.
- Maintain strong internal and external cross functional relationships with key stakeholders, service providers, suppliers and customers.
- Communicate price increases/decreases as directed and help develop/analyze post promotional scorecard reports for retail and outside customers.
- Utilize syndicated market data to perform on-going sales and customer analysis.
- Other sales support activities as assigned by manager.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- 1 - 3 years sales and marketing support.
- Retail, grocery or food industry experience preferred.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Access and Excel.
- Solid customer service focus, demonstrating a high degree of initiative and a sense of urgency.
- Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and energy.
- Understands commercialization process and able to complete key stage gate documents to keep initiatives on track.
- Interpersonal skills, including building relationships and conflict resolution. This involves the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with peers, management, suppliers and other company departments.
- Customer relations skills, including meeting customer needs and establishing a service environment. This involves the ability to identify requirements of internal and external customers, focus on achieving optimal results, and develop solutions that positively affect customer satisfaction. This also involves emphasizing the importance of demonstrating good customer service to all and put in place practices that help promote a service-oriented culture.
- Written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in writing, write in a clear and concise manner to peers, vendors, supervisors, or customers. This also includes the ability to target material to the appropriate audience and use correct grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Oral communication skills, including the ability to speak in a clear and concise manner to peers, vendors, supervisors, or customers one-on-one or in a small group.
