Develops Wireless, Photo, and Technology Service Department associates
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects
Ensures all process and procedures for Wireless, Photo, and Technology Services Department are implemented and followed at club level
Ensures business needs are being met
Ensures the execution of merchandising programs
Manages Wireless, Photo, and Technology Service territory financial and operational performance
Oversees the installation of new and relocating Wireless, Photo, and Technology Services Departments including fixtures, systems, and staffing
Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Provides direction to club associates on all processes and procedures in the Wireless, Photo, and Technology Services Department
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with coursework in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field; and 2 years general merchandise management experience to include financial and inventory management responsibilities and 2 years experience managing a photo lab or wireless phone center or technology related services center OR 6 years general merchandise management experience to include financial and inventory management responsibilities; OR 4 years general merchandise management experience to include financial and inventory management responsibilities; and 2 years experience managing a photo lab or wireless phone center or technology related services center
