Check temperature of all inbound refrigerated products to ensure proper temperatures and compliance to U.S. Foodservice’s food safety and RRE requirements.
Completes required paperwork for daily receiving, as per U.S. Foodservice, USDA and SOX requirements; sign and date to authenticate products temperature, Lot Code and to ensure products are placed into inventory properly.
Replenish pick slots with product to maintain inventory levels for night shift selection.
Maintain the cleanliness of work area by removing any debris from floor and racks
Education/Training: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Related Experience: Previous warehouse experience preferred; experience in a produce setting preferred; Foodservice experience preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Able to read and write legibly, basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide), good verbal communication skills; Strong ability to get along with others.
