Senior Program Manager - Corrigo (Virtual)

Position Summary:

PLEASE NOTE: This is a Virtual position and open to Birmingham, AL, Charlotte, NC, or Dallas, TX.
 
SUMMARY
The primary functions for this position include project management, client management and team leadership.  The position involves coordinating with internal JLL team, CBRE, and Client on Corrigo integration, BI and Analytics, optimization and reporting.
 
This position balances scope, time, cost and quality, while maintaining a positive environment that promotes individual development and high performance standards.  In performing the essential functions of this role, the work environment is fast-paced and team based.   This position reports to the Account Director.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Define and implement Corrigo project plans in accordance with client’s needs as early as transition phase, and work through optimization and transformation.
  • Structure and lead Corrigo teams to ensure maximum performance. 
  • Provide purpose, direction and motivation to team.
  • Conduct client presentations and client feedback meetings
  • Cultivate client expectations on transition/optimization/transformation deliverables.
  • Clarify and communicate Corrigo objectives including detail understanding of client deliverables and success criteria.
  • Solid problem solving skills and ability to focus both strategically and tactically to achieve firm and client transition and business goals.
  • Ensure a positive, collaborative work environment for the team.
  • Mentor, coach and guide project team members.
  • Identify and manage overall project dependencies and ensure project deliverables stay on-time, on-target and on-budget.
  • Approximately 50% travel required. Unless located near Birmingham, AL site.
  • Responsible for client satisfaction during transition and optimization process.
 
EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 7 years of experience, preferably across multiple functional areas
 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Must have excellent leadership, team management and relationship building skills.
  • Solid program management and problem solving skills
  • Ability to focus both strategically and tactically to achieve firm and client business goals. 
  • Self-directed
  • Ability to work independently and manage communications up and down in the organization.
  • Highly skilled in time management to facilitate involvement in multiple projects.
  • Excellent business and communication skills (written and oral).
  • Leadership qualities such as conflict/issue resolution skills.
  • Multi-tasking abilities with strong organizational skills.
