Join Leslie’s team today as a Commercial Service Center Manager, where you'll be responsible for building and maintaining commercial sales within a specified market.
Duties
- Oversee performance of a Leslie's Commercial Center to ensure it is meeting or exceeding customer service standards, sales plans, performance and operating procedures
- Assist in the development of and manage sales plans, profit margins, payroll, and all controllable expenses
- Effectively execute all company-developed programs
- Train and develop personnel on all required training programs
- Establish the expectation of providing excellent customer service through personal example
- At least 80% of the CSC Manager's time will be spent on outside sales calls with a focus on client retention
- Four years of exceptional outside sales experience
- At least two years management experience in a sales environment
- Prior experience in the pool and spa industry preferred
- Must be proactive and driven in the achievement of sales goals
- Proven professional track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Computer literacy
- Ability to travel as necessary
- BS or BA in a related field is preferred
