As our Dallas based Territory Loss Prevention Manager, you'll effectively lead, coach, and manage the Field District LP Managers to ensure all aspects of the Loss Prevention programs are consistently executed to corporate standards. You'll develop future Nike leaders by driving the Nike OTP process for all field-based positions and work with the Director of LP to assist in the further development of LP strategies and initiatives. You'll provide leadership, guidance and expertise to field teams in identifying sources of loss for Nike Retail and apply control measures to minimize exposure. You'll also ensure that an environment exists to allow District LP Managers and LP business partners to identify and correct systemic issues across district/concept lines that can inhibit profitability. Support Nike HR processes (CFE, IDP, OTP). You'll coach to ensure employees understand and adhere to P&P (including but not limited to Retail Code of Conduct and Matter of Respect) and have clear and consistent communication with Loss Prevention WHQ and field partners. You'll communicate with business partners to resolve shrink issues, controllable loss, or safety concerns within other disciplines. Moreover, you'll contribute to the continued development and refinement of LP programs and practices by actively participating in LP Leadership Team strategy review sessions. In addition, you'll also participate and contribute in long- and short-term Loss Prevention planning and execution, as well as, part of the Retail Management team, and Operations Leadership Team.

Requirements for the position include:

  • Bachelor's degree or 2 addition years' experience
  • 5 years' Retail Loss Prevention experience and/or Retail Operations experience with LP responsibilities
  • 3 years' management experience
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of retail finance, budgeting, project management and inventory control
  • Ability to effectively supervise numerous direct reports in multi-concept work environments
  • Up to date knowledge of leadership skills, management principles/methodologies
