Internship Product Manager Assistant

Converse is looking for an ASSISTANT PRODUCT MANAGER on Sneakers and Textile as of 3rd of July 2017.

 

You will assist the Product Manager on different levels of the Converse distribution strategy, especially on Winter Collection (Sneakers and Textile) and Spring-Summer collection.

Your missions will be:

In advance:

 

-     - Trend analysis of consumers, our main distributors, and our competitors (Retail Tour, consumer’s pictures, Instagram influences, Piges product web and magazines) on a weekly basis.

-    - Lead product analysis needed to understand completely our lines. This data management will enable to understand our new collections.

 

In a later time :

 

-     - Preparation of collections on the market in collaboration with the commercial team by putting in the market “Selling Seminar” tools: visual plans of the collection, price-list, benchmark, catalogs

-      Show-room preparation: Receive samples and put in place the collection with a Key Visual Merchandising 

       - Work closely with Sales forces, inform them of any modification/suppression/added data and respond to their requests.

        - Assist Product Manager during seminars/events (Global team visits…)

        - Work with Marketing Trade & PR for product needs, support the team for important events.

-             - 4th/5th year of business school or university

-         - Fluent in English

-         - You are familiar with putting products on the market: Product brief, Consumer Analysis, Sales analysis, Marketing, and Distribution.

-         - Organized, Proactive, have initiatives and independent work.

-         - Team spirit and have good relationships in your work team.

-         - Eagerness for the Converse lifestyle and sneakers

-         - Good skills on Pack office, especially Excel.
