Digital Supply Chain Analyst

As our Digital Supply Chain Analyst, you'll become a part of an extensive cross-functional team driving overall financial and operational performance for Direct to Consumer Digital business. Your contribution will be key in achieving financial results, operational efficiency, unified SC Network plans and cross-functional execution.

 

You'll guarantee operational excellence in day-to-day operations and reporting activities including support of key product initiatives and launches. You'll deep dive on operational issues by investigating root-causes when issues arise. You'll apply technical knowledge of systems & business processes to help develop optimal solutions for operational processes. You'll provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested by department management and drive continuous process improvements in daily/weekly/seasonal SC operations and reporting tools to achieve greater efficiency in meeting Digital SC objectives.  As a primary contributor to the DC forecasting and capacity planning process, you'll own and analyze key Launch and Initiative inputs to the DTC Digital Operations team (Coverage, Digital Inbound product flow and DC Capacity).

 

Through developing strong business relationships, you'll help coordinate alignment across the multiple DTC SC facilities and partners. You'll create and maintain collaborative partnerships with each of our DTC and DC functional teams as appropriate (may include: DTC Planning, Launch, Allocation, Consumer Services, Supply Chain functions and Marketplace Operations) to enable you to measure performance, resolve issues, define requirements and business specifications for enhanced processes and systems, and support decision-making-processes with fact based analyses.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance or a related field (2 additional years’ experience may be accepted in lieu of degree).
  • 3 years' professional experience in analytics/logistics/customer service/digital retail or other relevant field, preferably with a large corporate entity.
  • Ability to communicate, influence and partner effectively using strong verbal and written communication in English.
  • Understanding of Digital/ Ecommerce.
  • Understanding of NIKE distribution operations and systems. 
  • Proven track record working within a multi-team environment including cross team calibration
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Advanced Excel, and Outlook
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Knowledge of SAP reporting tools and Cognos preferred, Tableau experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and be able to make sound decisions
  • Detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to quickly understand and process new information and concepts
  • Ability to work with others to promote teamwork necessary to reach common goals
  • Ability to work with deadlines/timelines
