As our Store Operations coordinator, you'll drive retail operational excellence and consistency by providing expertise (tools, systems, communication, and processes) necessary for stores to improve their business and profitability. You will assist our Marketing & VM department for new store openings, as well as our existing stores to drive consumer engagement and brand loyalty. This person will also have a role in creating and driving our marketing strategy.


Responsibilities:

• End to end coordination of store opening process.
• Coordinate and evaluate use of Loss Prevention, Health & Safety and Facilities Management tools and processes in store.
• Vendor Management
• Inventory Management processes.
• Policies and Standards
• Reporting of customer satisfaction and operational excellence programs


Minimum requirements:
• 5 years' retail management or retail operations experience.
• Ability to deliver training and present to larger groups.
• Project-management training/certification is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and retail business systems
• Ability to travel and to work flexible hours
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Team player
