Senior SAP HR Business Systems Analyst -- SCEF

As a Business Systems Analyst in HR Technology Solutions Delivery organization, your role will include collaborating with business partners for requirements gathering, documenting functional specifications, building and deploying solutions that meet the business need. Your focus area will be the in-house SAP US Payroll, but will expand to other business functions as needed, including global payroll, banking, and benefits. To do this, you’ll need to get down into the details and familiarize yourself with Nike’s data landscape and processes and gain a full understanding of HR in this cross-functional role.

  • This position requires a person with strong technical and analytical skills, high detail-orientation, and excellent written and verbal communication
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or other relevant business/technology field
  • 5 years of professional experience in IT or business
  • 5 years configuration experience in the following:
    • SAP HR modules (in order of criticality): US Payroll, Benefits, Organizational Management and Personnel Administration, SAP Portal (ESS/MSS)
  • 3 years design and support experience with SAP HR integrations including: Benefit vendors, Bank files, SAP FI-CO
  • Experience with TDMS implementation and administration for HR data scrambling and transfer in SAP HR
  • Ability to communicate and document system changes to the business; translating system functionality into business relevant language
  • Self-driven and highly motivated to “be a sponge”
  • Strong team player with the ability to work in project and production support models with a diverse group of individuals across multiple departments
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented and sometimes highly stressful environment
  • Experience working in a global business environment preferred
  • Must have experience delivering technology initiatives using Agile methodology
