Education/Training: High school education or GED, preferred. Must be able to read, write and communicate in English as it relates to the job and to the safety regulations.
Related Experience/Requirements: Must have good knife handling experience, preferred. Should have the ability to use appropriate knives and tools for cutting fish. Will be given opportunity to demonstrate knife skills.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be at least 18 years of age. Work independently, be reliable, responsible, and dependable. Demonstrated ability to interact with others.
Capable of handling multiple tasks at once. Demonstrated ability to adjust to sudden changes in customer demands or operational goals. Demonstrated commitment to work until job is completed. Customer-service oriented. Ability to read, comprehend and carry out simple instructions.
