Collaborative Technical Team Representative (Government)

AT&T - COLUMBIA, Maryland

• Work with the customer to completely understand their technical needs and articulate a clear solution
• Work with mission / program partners to formulate a plan for collaboration of tools and capabilities.
• Identifies and assigns ownership to technical problems and issues
• Facilitate discussions and decisions based on recommendations from all stakeholders.
• Provide status reports to include unresolved issues, activities and solutions.
• Support the development of a collaborative technical environment
• Represents and can clearly articulate issues of a technical nature
• Tracks resolutions to final disposition.
• Communicates effectively to all levels
• Ensures that governance and processes are followed

The Level 3 Project Manager shall have sixteen (16) years of experience that can be a combination of program or project management and education. A master’s degree is equivalent to 6 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree is equivalent to 4 years of experience and an associate’s degree is equivalent to 2 years of experience. The degree must be in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security System Engineering, or related discipline from an accredited college or university. The successful candidate must be skilled in effectively relaying technical information to a large non-technical audience to quickly resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer and end users. Must have political savvy to negotiate complicated relationships smoothly and efficiently. Able to communicate with multiple stakeholders to identify solutions for the program.

Required Clearance: Candidate must have a TS/SCI polygraph clearance.

Desired: ITIL v3 Foundations Certification. Preferred one or more ITIL Intermediate Certificate (Continual Service Improvement; Planning, Protection, and Optimization)
