Collaborative Management Team Representative (Government)

AT&T - COLUMBIA, Maryland

The Collaborative Management Team representative will support the determination of collaboration need requirements, benefits, and build a collaborative environment and culture across the program.

Will be responsible for the following:

• Work with the customer to completely understand their need and articulate a clear solution
• Work with mission / program partners to formulate a plan for collaboration of tools and capabilities.
• Facilitate discussions and decisions based on recommendations from all stakeholders.
• Provide status reports to include unresolved issues, activities and solutions.
  
• Support the development of a collaborative environment

The Level 3 Project Manager shall have sixteen (16) years of experience that can be a combination of program or project management and education. A master’s degree is equivalent to 6 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree is equivalent to 4 years of experience and an associate’s degree is equivalent to 2 years of experience. The degree must be in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security System Engineering, or related discipline from an accredited college or university. The successful candidate must be skilled in conflict resolution to quickly resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer and end users. Must have political savvy to negotiate complicated relationships smoothly and efficiently. Able to communicate with multiple stakeholders to identify solutions for the program.

Required Clearance: Candidate must have a TS/SCI polygraph clearance.

Desired: PMP certification, FAC-P/PM Mid-Level certification or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 2 certification in Program Management certification is desired, although not required.
