Overall Purpose: Support Flagship Operations Manager in all operational elements of the flagship store. Execute all operational and store display elements to ensure the store runs smoothly. All current COR back office standards apply, as well as those that are tailored to the flagship location Maintain back office standards including: audit compliance, merchandising, maintaining visual elements and customer experiences, IT systems, cash management, and inventory management.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Maintain merchandising of products, accessories, features and applications. Partner with Flagship Operations Manager and Visual Merchandising Manager to execute inviting and fun displays. Ensure refresh schedule for each department is maintained; coordinate with other departments to ensure new product delivery is on time. Maintain device alive, content loops, interactive displays, software updates, and applicable technology refreshes. Execute on all items relating to inventory management, including organization and product placement. Assist the Flagship Operations Manager to ensure store success on audit and key operating indicators. Act as a runner when needed; bring products from back inventory room to the front store when peers are working with a purchasing customer. Execute zoning shifts; walking through store to organize and replenish displays and perform device memory cleans. Serve as positive first impression and point of contact for customers. Manage customer and Flagship Brand Ambassador traffic flow and patterns. Mitigate customer wait time perception and communicate current promotions and Flagship promotional elements to drive awareness of AT&T products and services.

AT&T COR experience, preferably in an SSR, Fin Rep or management position.
