With over 900 retail centers in North America, we continue to grow.  Currently we are seeking a Metrics and Reporting Analyst (Customer Service) to join our team.  Within our stores channel, we sell a wide range of architectural coatings and sundry items to industry, builders, contractors, and home owners.  Experienced and entry level candidates are welcome to apply!  Join a leading team today!

 

The overall objective of this position is to provide key and strategic reporting to the customer service department and the business related to Customer Relations KPI’s such as call volumes, order processing, and service levels in both Cranberry and Canadian locations.  The individual would also coordinate new hire training and provide course suggestions on continuous improvement and education opportunities. 

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing key and strategic reporting to the business related to customer service KPIs - key customers are customer relations management, AC leadership, and customer relations department

• Effectively manage daily, monthly, weekly and ad hoc reporting for AC

• Monitor compliance to internal policies (credit issuance, export audit etc)

• Coordinate and administer new hire training

• Coordinate continuous improvement and education opportunities to create a world-class customer relations department

• Other projects/problem resolution as time permits

Requires:

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business or IT
• Requires 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Customer Relations experience would be helpful
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to effectively analyze data and reach sound conclusions
• Ability to effectively communicate and interact/negotiate with internal customers
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) software would be advantageous
• Training experience a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to manage an initiative from conception to solution
