The Data Management Developer – EDW is responsible for a wide variety of tasks, which will primarily include working collaboratively with other teams to understand diverse datasets to plan and execute data integration packages into the Enterprise Data Warehouse. The Information Management Technology team is seeking an ETL Developer to assist in continuing grow the Enterprise Data Warehouse into a knowledge repository for our business.

Job Duties:
Responsible for the design, development, documentation of the Enterprise Data Warehouse models.
Lead the development and documentation of ETL processes for all data warehouse subject areas.
Lead ETL design sessions with the data teams and project stakeholders.
Work with Data Analytics Analyst to ensure proper documentation and definitions are incorporated into the Enterprise Data Dictionary.
Responsible for the analysis, data profiling, development, and integration of disparate systems throughout all phases of the project life cycle.
Assist in ongoing development of technical best practices for data movement, data quality, data cleansing and other ETL related activities.
Provide technical knowledge of extract, transform and load solutions for different projects.
Implement best practices and tune for automation and optimization.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Finance or related quantitative field.
5-7 years’ work experience in data mining, statistical analysis and/or forecasting.
Required Skills:
T-SQL Development Skills including developing stored procedures and ETL processes.
Strong research, analytical, and computer skills.
Extensive experience in MS SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, and comparable data management tools.
Experience with lifecycle manReagement – developing, testing, documenting, implementing, automating, and maintaining system changes.
Work experience with SQL Server or comparable database systems.
High proficiency of Microsoft Excel and other MS applications (Visio and PowerPoint).
Familiarity of Lean Software Development and Agile methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to learn new systems.
Excellent analytical and technical skills with high attention to detail: demonstrated strength in problem-solving.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Demonstrated strong customer focus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and analysis.
