  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe
  • Knowledge of Internet Explorer browsers, SharePoint, WebEx meeting management
  • Ability to manage calendars, plan meetings, and make travel arrangements
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Provides administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team
  • Administers communications for the entire account portfolio
  • Creates newsletters, announcements, and presentations
  • Assists and tracks onboarding new hires
  • Manages SharePoint site and trackers updates for entire account portfolio
  • Assists Account Service Line Leads with project assignments
