Provide administrative support to the Facility Management Team.
Be the main point-of-contact for MAC/move requests.
Perform all move management duties. Coordinate and supervise all clerical/administrative support function for move management team and client stakeholders.
Act as customer service specialist, corresponding with end users and administrators to achieve and provide superior customer service and satisfaction.
Create purchase orders and process invoices for payment.
Prepare and review various reports for accuracy. Update databases.
Support work order dispatch as necessary.
Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned.
Manage vendors for Bedford Campus and Remote Sites
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum 3 years of industry experience in a corporate environment or as a third-party service provider.
MAC experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Knowledge of office furniture systems, preferred.
Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness and creativity in finding solutions for service delivery and overall client satisfaction.
Read and understand the applicable Service Level Agreements, helps achieve the Key Performance Indicators and scores favorably on the client satisfaction surveys.
Ability to work with multiple vendors and client contacts across various remote site locations throughout the country.
Good organizational and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
Proficient in MS Office, and possess strong written, verbal and people skills.
Demonstrated intermediate to advanced written communication skills (spelling, grammar and punctuation) and verbal communications skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Prioritize and manage the completion of projects in an efficient and timely manner.
Ability to quickly learn how to use any Company required software may be required.
