Position Summary:
- To provide excellent customer service, while maintaining the overall store appearance. This is a retail position located at the Intel Museum Store in Santa Clara, CA.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet all customers, assist with product selection and questions on our products. Regular over the phone sales
- Point of Sale: Responsible for opening and closing the store, daily deposits, bank runs, processing returns and exchanges within our store policies. Fast paced environment, able to stand for long periods of time.
- Shipment: Process incoming shipments, receiving into the POS, verifying correct quantities. Keeping backstocks organized and sales floor stocked at all times
- Inventory: Physically capable of lifting 25lbs and using a ladder on a daily basis. Unload and break down pallets
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years of prior related work experience
- Computer Literacy
- Customer Service Skills
- Highly Motivated/energetic
- Willingness to learn
- Positive Attitude
