As the Emerging Markets Order to Cash (O2C) Accounting Manager you will be a valuable member of the Global Controlling’s O2C team, responsible for driving global accounting policies, processes and controls across the Emerging Markets Geography. By leveraging analytical and project management skills, this position will work to refine and support sustainable controlling and internal controls processes in a rapidly changing marketplace.
Key roles & responsibilities include:
Build a deep understanding of the EM Wholesale and Direct to Consumer (DTC) sales strategies and advise cross-functional teams on technical accounting, process and control considerations as they execute on business strategies
Drive Global policies and standardized processes across the Geography’s judgmental reserves and revenue streams
Drive continuous improvement in the efficiency and effectiveness of Wholesale and DTC revenue accounting processes, systems, and financial reporting.
Partner with finance counterparts to improve forecast accuracy and influence informed business decisions from a technical accounting, process and control perspective
Influence and develop high profile, influential and collaborative relationships across teams, functions and layers of the business while demonstrating mastery of US GAAP

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
4-6 years minimum of experience in accounting or related functions
Big 4 Public accounting experience is strongly preferred
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
Experience with SAP is strongly preferred
Retail experience is strongly preferred
Experience with a Fortune 500 / multinational consumer products company is preferred
Strong enthusiasm and passion for the Nike brand
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate status, issues, and risks with senior leadership
