Construction Services Manager

As our Construction Services Manager – World Headquarters Campus Expansion, you will take responsibility for:


  • Management activities related to real estate development, design and construction for large scale capital projects on the NIKE World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon
  • Management of Land Use, Planning, and Permitting processes, including interface with local jurisdictions for expansion related projects
  • Management of integrated design and construction teams to deliver new facilities for the NIKE Campus
  • Provide General Contractor and subcontractor change order and invoice oversight and management
  • Provide project based financial forecasting and tracking
  • Interface with NIKE accounting, legal and controlling functions to ensure appropriate treatment and accounting of all project spend and transactions
  • Manage Procurement efforts related to FF&E and other NIKE direct purchase items


You’ll act as one of the primary links between our VP of Construction Services and the design and construction teams on the project. Your ability to drive process discipline, communicate clearly and proactively and operate independently will be key.  Most importantly, you should be excited about the opportunity to make a significant impact and help transform the built environment at NIKE.

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 5-15 years of construction management experience on mid to large scale capital projects
  • Experience with Land use, permitting and planning processes
  • Familiar with change orders and invoice oversight
  • Strong financial analytic skills with exposure to capital project planning, budgeting and forecast processes
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to exercise high degree of professionalism and comfort in engaging at an executive level
  • Advanced presentation skills
