Sales Analyst Assistant

US Foods Inc. - Denver, CO

1. Support MDA tracking, profit model development and approval process. Works with Sales management to request profit model and completes MDA worksheet. Submits paperwork and acts as Liaison between sales and legal. Completes EOA (Evidence of Authority) template per Bill of Authority and obtains signatures and submits. Assist Sales with completion of POY/PON forms as needed.

2. Works with Sales management to request profit model and completes Rebate worksheet. Inputs data into CASIS/LCRW. Completes EOA (Evidence of Authority) template per Bill of Authority and obtains signatures. Prints rebate agreements and assists Sales Management with obtaining customer signatures. Researches rebate questions and ensures tracking of results are in line with expectations.

3. Responsible for standardized reporting by running Merlin reports, ecom, order source tracking and any other one-off or standard reports delegated by manager.

4. Attends area sales events. Tracks sporting event ticket tracking and monitoring.

5. Performs other administrative duties as assigned by manager.

Education/Training
High School diploma or equivalent required.  College coursework or degree desirable.
 

Related Experience

Minimum three years’ experience in administrative/clerical support required.    

Previous experience working for, and coordinating schedules for, a team of individuals is required.  

Previous meeting planning and travel coordination experience required.

Experience in food service distribution desirable. 

 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

Experience with administrative and clerical procedures/systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology required.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.

Must be willing to travel within the area for meetings and events.
