Communicates regularly with vendors, Assets Protection, Corporate Compliance, Property Management, and other internal departments. - Resolve issues and inquiries from Fire & Security vendors and Target locations with urgency
- Communicate with Target teams and partners regarding best practices
- Monitor e-mail boxes, phone messages and written correspondence daily
- Provide current status of projects for management purposes
- Execute life safety vendor inspection program across all store locations
- Maintains timing and action plans for projects assigned
- Execute vendor management processes with a focus on process improvement and timely issue resolution
- Collaborate with entire Asset Management team on latest trends, best practices, and vendor management strategies
- Takes leadership role in carrying out direction set forth by corporate objectives
- Primary liaison for field team escalations and issue management
Requirements
- Four-year College Degree
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and logical reasoning skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong multi-tasking and project management skills
