Answer incoming company phone calls on a multi-line telephone system in a professional manner and redirect calls accurately.
Provide the first point of contact and customer support to visitors and telephone callers, dealing with inquiries courteously, efficiently and according to define policy protocol. Notify receiving associate of visitor's presence.
Maintain the Applicant Flow Log.
Responsible for all UPS mailings on a daily basis.
Maintain an efficient and effective reception area, ensuring it presents a welcoming and attractive environment for visitors. Ensure proper supplies are immediately available.
Provide guidance to visitors seeking employment either by providing paperwork and monitoring application completion or by giving direction and assigning applicant internet log-on and sign-in instruction.
Perform other clerical and project duties as assigned; to include but not limited to sorting, alphabetizing, collating, stuffing, inserting, etc.
Education/Training: HS Diploma or equivalent required.
Related Experience: Minimum 3 years of receptionist experience or equivalent clerical experience. Experience interacting with internal customers/visitors. Experience in answering a multi-line phone system.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Exceptional customer service and oral communication skills.
Detail oriented with the ability to effectively multi-task.
Maintain strict confidentiality.
Working knowledge of MS Office - primarily Outlook, Word and Excel.
