Overview:
Macy's Logistics and Operations, distribution center. Is seeking talented individuals to become a "Shuttle Driver".
Key Accountabilities:

Responsible for the safe use and operation of a full-size OTR tractor trailer
-
Deliver merchandise / supplies between Warehouses
-
Load and Off Load merchandise / supplies
-
Pick up and deliver merchandise / supplies to various departments and warehouses
-
Manifest all merchandise / supplies between buildings
-
Flexible to work extended hours, on short notice if needed
-
Ensure shuttle semi is maintained and well kept at all times
-
Regular refueling of semi
-
Any duties and tasks as assigned by management
Skill Summary:
- CDL License required (Class A) with medical certification card
- Minimum of 500,000 active & documented safe OTR tractor trailer or yard hostler operator miles driven within the last 3-5 years
- Proof of excellent driving record
- Outstanding communication skills
- Highly organized
- Detail oriented
- Must be willing to be trained on all power equipment operations
- Outstanding attendance
- Takes initiative
- Problem solving skills
- Dependable
- Pre-employment drug test
