(Drive & Deliver) Grow sales and maintain
profitability: Partnering with the store team to create

Reviewing and communicating store targets and
individual goals and performance with the entire team on a regular basis ‒
Partnering with the SM to provide comprehensive
input to the corporate office about sales, inventory, visual presentation,
personnel and clientele Supporting the SM to manage expenses, discounting and
promotional business to comply with company policies and maintain margin
targets ‒
Relaying product information from corporate
teams so that the team is equipped to communicate the features and benefits
to customers effectively ‒
Staying informed on global and local market
conditions and industry news
(Create with a Vision) Contribute toward operational
efficiency: Facilitate productive back of house operations
with a customer service focus while maintaining impeccable front of house

Reviewing the calendar regularly with the SM in
order to plan and prioritize floor coverage decisions, use of store resources
and presentation of merchandise ‒
Understanding how to navigate retail program in
order to access important information daily ‒
Knowing and communicating corporate policies
and procedures so that all team members behave responsibly and comply with
government laws ‒
Resolving problems in a timely and efficient
manner ‒
Monitoring transactions and stock levels to
maintain inventory integrity

The Assistant Store Manager is a leadership role is responsible for partnering with the Store Manager to manage the people, product and presentation of the store as well as being an ambassador of the brand at all times. Responsibilities will include people management, growing sales, maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a highly relational position that requires passion, a positive attitude, teamwork and ability to manage various priorities with an organized approach.
