Position Summary:
The Customer Marketing Manager will:
• Develop marketing programs
• Represent the voice of the customer in marketing program development
• Identify and develop Walmart.com/Walmart Stores marketing partnership opportunities Marketing Planning & Execution
• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing programs throughout the year as well as during holidays and seasonal pushes
• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing calendar to drive acquisition as well as retention/loyalty
• Use available data and reporting to guide marketing decision making
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure one voice to the customer
• Collaborate with Walmart.com and Walmart Stores marketing teams, buyers, and site merchandising teams to accomplish goals
• Partner with suppliers to support sell-in and execution of marketing programs
• Work with creative and marketing channel teams to ensure on-time, high quality execution of marketing deliverables.
• Travel to Bentonville as needed
