Perform outbound and inbound collections calls with guests to negotiate payment arrangements on their delinquent credit account
Display clear understanding of all credit policies, procedures, state and federal laws, and rules and regulations governing credit and collections
Deliver Target Branded interactions with all guests by communicating effectively and providing World Class service while collecting on delinquent credit accounts
Demonstrate problem solving skills by working with guests to find the right solution to bring the account current
Effectively handle exceptional account situations including bankruptcy, CCC, deceased, legal, disputes, and fraud
Positively interact with your team while driving department goals and objectives
Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent
Typing 25 wpm
Strong communications, negotiating and decision making skills
Good interpersonal and customer service skills
Displays a positive and flexible attitude
