AT&T has a career opportunity for a Senior Trainer and Training Program Quality Control (QC) Analyst at Maxwell AFB, Montgomery, AL supporting cyber related training activities.
The Contractor shall develop and enhance curriculum, lesson plans, exams, and end of course evaluation forms for 26 NOS courses; delivering New Hire Orientation (NHO) and Initial Qualification Training (IQT) for all inbound personnel and assists with Mission Qualification Training (MQT); to annual Continuation Training (CT). Requalification training (RT), upgrade training, and instructor training are additional training requirements for AFINC employment.
The employee will monitor and report to customer compliance of unit members with organizational training, certification, and recertification requirements; creating and maintaining associated documentation. The contractor will perform analysis of empirical data; develop methodologies to interpret data; and identify key data elements and their optimum display formats to show underlying behaviors critical for assessing operational successes.
Solicit, document and validate unit training objectives to produce quality control assessments (exams, and development scenarios), to certify combat mission ready cyberspace tool developers.
Perform and document quality control measures, create checklists, processing and associated user/operations guides to validate tool development procedures and general knowledge requirements.
Research and revise computer systems training modules based on student performance trends and student feedback forms.
Configure and maintain equipment (ie: routers, servers, laptops) for the operational lab environment\\range\\simulator
Monitor individual assigned and attached crewmembers currencies, proficiencies, and requirements
Maintain Letter of Certification summarizing crewmember certifications
Required Skills, Experience, and Education:
Deep understanding of functions within Cyber operations in the USAF.
Active problem-solving skills, enthusiastic learning, understanding of new technologies and techniques and apply this information to current and future projects.
Critical thinking, and logic skills to outline the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions to systematically select the optimum solutions for the given problem.
4 years of experience with MS Windows-based software.
Bachelor’s degree, or 4 years of similar experience with government customers.
Instructional System Development (ISD) experience
Required Clearance: TS//SCI. Must have held TS//SCI position within the previous two years and be willing to take a counter espionage polygraph if required.
Desired: Recent experience working in USAF classified environments.
