Talent Brand Manager (Temp)

Position Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on Talent Brand Manager who can help us implement a comprehensive multi-channel plan to attract great talent. You are scrappy, creative, organized and resourceful. You not only think out of the box and you know how to build strong brand voice. You get it because you’ve done it. From style, quality, and tone, to optimizing user experiences across all talent brand channels: including new online avenues, social media platforms, mobile, digital media/video, marketing collateral, and events.
You’ll execute employer brand and recruitment marketing projects that support our EVP and manage ongoing content updates, including copy, creative, and digital media to keep the employment brand experience fresh, engaging, and relevant. You’ll assess content effectiveness, and drive alignment between marketing campaigns, user experiences, and KPIs. You’ll move projects from conception through completion, including requirements from scope definition, resource planning, project timeline, to content gathering and implementation and ensuring content is always current as well as optimized.

Qualifications:

• Strong track record including 5+ years hands-on branding experience managing brand, creative, web, and social projects – with demonstrated success attracting new audiences.
• Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills. You clearly articulate ideas and offer unique solutions to brand challenges, both verbally and visually.
• Excellent creative problem solving skills including negotiation skills.
• You’re both a contributor and collaborator. You can easily flex and “do” what needs to be done while keeping on task and reaching goals.
• Seasoned project and program management skills and ability to juggle multiple deadlines without losing your cool.
• You have a passion for innovation and finding new brand venues.
• Exceptional writing ability and skilled at creating original, unique and highly shareable content from different sources, including text, graphs, images, charts, etc.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of marketing and social platforms and associated trends and best practices, and tools. Ability to adjust content strategy accordingly and learn new concepts quickly.
• Ability to influence, engage, and educate stakeholders.
• You possess great judgment and always maintain a high level of professionalism.
• You are self-motivated, highly organized, prepared, and deadlines don’t drop off your radar.
• You consistently track and measure results. You have experience using the tools to manage, create, and track all programs and projects including online and social media content with related tools as well as MS Suite (Excel / PPT).
