Talent Management Analyst, Succession

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

 

       Supports the Manager in the development of succession planning tools and career paths

       Coordinates TAP review data across the field and HQ locations and provides support to Regional HRBLs, Functional HRBPs and Area HRBPs throughout the process

       Supports the development and facilitation of training for HR, business leaders and employees around associate tools and processes.

       Prepares data, reports and insights to support TAP and talent exchanges; creates storyboards and presentations in support of annual and interim formal talent reviews

       Identifies development gaps to inform future programming

Education/TrainingBachelor’s degree required, Master’s or PhD degree preferred in Industrial/Organizational psychology or related field.

 

Related Experience/Requirements:

·      Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in talent management, succession planning or other relevant area.

·      Experience creating support materials for HR talent systems and providing support to HR

·      Experience working with HRIS systems

·      Experience working with large data files to analyze data and create talent reports

 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

·      Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to effectively communicate across multiple job levels both in and outside of the HR function.

·      Plan, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·      Experience with process flows, ideally succession planning

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

·      Demonstrated ability merge multiple sources of data and conduct analysis to identify trends and uncover insights.

·      Strong ability to support the design and development of power point presentations and story-lines.

·      Tolerance for change in transforming organization and developing talent management team.

     Ability to quickly gain working knowledge of new HRIS systems
