Lead Analyst BI & Analytics (Supply Chain)

JOIN US AS A LEAD ANALYST BI&A (SUPPLY CHAIN)

Participate in scoping and development activities ensuring architectural and operational requirements are met
Utilize standard enterprise tools to develop and implement technology, statistical models, and metrics.
Influence product development plans and techniques
Provides scalable solutions that drive impact to current and futurel supply chain operating models
Collaborate with team to promote agile process while delivering day to day development of foundational data, analysis, and insights
Participate in the design, lifecycle management and business requirements processes

PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Capture use cases and technical dependencies
Align data, analysis, metrics and technical solutions to build integrated product for business insights and action
Develop statistical models and insights against emerging Supply Chain needs
Help drive agile process with product development
Establish clear goals and measures of success for Supply Chain areas
Source and integrate enterprise data into Supply Chain analyses and tools to bridge enterprise demand and operational planning/performance

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

BA/BS or equivalent experience
5-7 years total work experience
Has in-depth knowledge of data, reporting, and analytics
Familiar with various programming languages- R, SQL, Python, Java
Maintains technical knowledge within areas of expertise
Stays current with new and evolving technologies via formal training and self-directed education
