We are currently looking for a talented, energetic individual to fill a Control Store Manager position in Nashville, TN. The Control Store Manager runs their own store and oversees multiple store locations in an assigned area, where they are responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service and are accountable for all aspects of the operation including sales and profit performance.
Responsibilities:

Manage the operational activities of multiple store locations in an assigned area, achieving sales plan and maintaining expenses set within budgetary guidelines.

Recruit, train, direct, motivate, discipline and resolve associate issues.

Ensure proper development of store associates by identifying training opportunities and by providing a positive coaching model.

Maintain appropriate pricing levels according to established procedures.

Be focused on customer service by ensuring that high service standards are maintained and customer issues are quickly and efficiently resolved.

Ensure that the appearance of the stores’ exterior and interior, including merchandizing displays, are maintained to required standards.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum of a High School Diploma, college degree preferred.

Must have 3-5 years retail sales experience, with management experience preferred.

Demonstrated leadership and customer service skills.

Ability to work extended days, occasional weekends and holidays.
-
Good verbal and written communication skills.
-
Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
-
Ability to lift up to 90 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently.

Broad knowledge of the application and use of paint and sundries preferred.
