1. Review First Lot Control and PLM (new technology platform) Gated products to ensure they meet customer requirements, country regulation and Substance of Concern.
2. GHS SDS, Raw Material SDS, Labeling and Transportation of Dangerous Goods support and assessment. Interpreting SDS with respect to customer requests. 3. Complete no charge shipments and review to meet regulatory and export compliance regulation. Cleveland ships over 6000 samples per year that this person will support.
4. Customer requests that require environmental, end of life, ingredient declaration and regulation compliance reporting to meet the business and government requirements. Requests average well over 1500 different types of customer documentation support yearly.
5. Work with suppliers to obtain SDS, registration, ingredient requirements to meet PPG and customer requirements.
6. Support ERP for ensuring labels, SDS, Item creation, TDG are compliant to ensure shipment of products and samples.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, information science or related discipline with 2 years technical experience. The incumbent must have the ability to exhibit an analytical and objective approach to problem solving balanced with flexibility and sensitivity to both the needs of the SBU and the needs of the Corporation. Attention to detail with data gathering, interpreting and entry skills are a must. He/she must possess excellent oral and written communication abilities and strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of product and country regulation as well as Product Stewardship policies and processes is preferred.
