POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sherwin-Williams is seeking three (3) highly-qualified and motivated law clerks for its Legal Department to begin one year clerkships following the current school year, working full-time during the summer (May – August) and part-time during the subsequent school year (August – May). Applicants must be available to work at Sherwin-Williams’ downtown Cleveland headquarters. The successful candidates will have an opportunity to work on domestic and international projects in a wide-array of practice areas, including commercial and corporate contracts, litigation, real estate, environmental, regulatory, transportation, intellectual property, employee benefits, labor and employment, bankruptcy, advertising, corporate governance, securities, immigration, and data privacy and security.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Formal Education:
· Bachelor’s Degree and completed first or second year of law school.
Experience Required:
· First and second year law students eligible.
Experience Preferred:
· Students in the top 20%.
Additional Comments:
Must be able to work full time during the summer (no split summers with a second employer) and part time (15-20 hours per week) during school year in Cleveland, Ohio headquarters.
