This position is accountable for the efficient operation of all the equipment and instrumentation throughout the facility, both inside and outside of the building. This position is also responsible for the successful utilization of the Computerized Maintenance Management System.
This position accomplishes the organizational objectives by insuring that all equipment and instrumentation is operating at optimal levels.
Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, special projects to assist the manufacture and pigmenting of mixes, hand packaging and filling. Focus will be in the area of installation, maintenance, fabrication and repair of equipment for the Focused Factories. Assist with setup, tank cleaning, and production.
Basic Qualifications:
Must be able to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have the legal right to work in this country without needing sponsorship now or in the future for employment visa status
Must have access to reliable transportation
Must be able to work overtime with or without reasonable accommodation
Must have at least one year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
The successful candidate must also pass a pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen.
Preferred Qualifications:
2 or more years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
Industrial, electrical or welding certifications, and/or a post-secondary/technical degree
Previous experience with Microsoft Office

Pay Rate/Shift Premium: Starting pay - $21.13/hour with increases after 90 days, 1 year and 2 years
