We are seeking energetic, goal-oriented, college graduates, with an entrepreneurial spirit and an interest for a future in sales and/or operations in a fast paced environment. Our entry level Management Training Program is designed to provide graduates with all the skills necessary for a successful career in operations, sales, marketing, and/or management.


Trainees are hired and assigned to a facility with the purpose of them beginning their career learning the product finishes business. The goal is to develop a bench of well-trained employees with opportunities to be promoted to key positions in the Division and subsequently contribute to the performance of the assigned Region and Division.


During the first 6 months, the trainee will follow a structured Trainee program that will expose them to various aspects of coatings. The MTP will:
•Learn Facility Operations
•Learn and understand the Customer Service function
•Gain a basic understanding of the Product Service Room
•Gain a basic understanding of warehouse management
•Gain exposure to Sales and Marketing, Sales Calls
•Learn basic management skills



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
•Must have your bachelors degree, or will obtain one within the next 12 months.
•Must be able to work all scheduled hours.
•Must have a valid driver's license.
•Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. on occasion.
•Must be able to tint paint, therefore, must be able to distinguish one or more chromatic colors.
•Must be able to operate a hand truck/and or material handling equipment in Facilities that have such equipment.
•Must be able to operate a computer and communicate via the telephone.
•Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
•Must be willing to relocate for promotional opportunities.



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
•Prior work experience in sales or customer service.
•Bilingual ability is an added plus.
•Bachelor’s degree preferably in a business and/or sales field.
