This role supports, configures, and maintains the ServiceNow implementation, act as primary incident contact, and manages ServiceNow deployment.  The ITSM System Administrator will have fluency in JavaScript and ServiceNow development principles that enables them to work with our ITSM team, associates, and key stakeholders to support enterprise business solutions that leverage ITIL processes and best practices. The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for the enhancement of the ServiceNow platform and must be able to act with a sense of urgency and adapt to changing priorities. 

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Categorize ITSM incidents for administrative or development support, report development requests through the development team, and resolve administrative incidents.
  • Customize and adjust system attributes based on requests from associates or system performance.
  • Monitor and resolve system performance for any deficiency or degradation.
  • Manage system deployments for all deployment requests.
  • Manage system upgrades for continuity in services.
  • Ability to support working outside of normal business hours to provide after hours or "on-call" support when necessary to solve high profile issues or complete critical path items.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering or Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Science or related field. 
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience using ServiceNow or an ITSM Service Management software solution to manage a large, complex enterprise
  • Proficient in JavaScript
