Interested in becoming an HRIS Analyst?  As an HRIS Analyst you will contribute to the ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.  Responsibilities include ensuring data integrity, running interfaces, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data for process improvement opportunities.

 

The position is located in our Kennesaw office and will report directly to the Director of HRIS & Payroll.

Job Duties:

 

  • Provides day-to-day HRIS support including import loads, record maintenance, auditing, and reporting.
  • Performs audits of data within HR systems.
  • Assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, querying and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
  • Assists in the development of user procedures, guidelines and documentation for HR related systems. Trains system users on new processes/functionality.
  • Assists with special HR-related projects as assigned.
  • Develops and executes testing plans to validate functionality.

Education and Experience:

 

  • One to three years of knowledge in HRIS systems administration and human resource functions.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Experience in data management, reporting, business process and SaaS environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office to include advanced Excel capabilities (formulas, pivot tables) to include proficiency in spreadsheet analysis.
  • Strong technical aptitude required.
  • Basic SQL report writing skills preferred.
  • Exceptional critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail, effective communication skills and excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information.
  • Ability to solve complex problems using a broad perspective to identify solutions.
